Shooting Threat Closes Four High schools in Lincoln County

LIN­COLN CITY, OR. Early Fri­day morn­ing a stu­dent of Taft High School al­legedly came ac­cross a note in the girls bath­room that threated a school shoot­ing.

The stu­dent quickly turned in the note and in response, the school dis­trict closed down all four high schools in Lin­coln City.

This state­ment was re­lased on Face­book shorty there­after.

Po­lice have said they do not think the threat is cred­i­ble lead­ing some to be­lieve that this was just a stunt for some stu­dents to get out of school to­day.
